A parvovirus is a small virus, or infective agent, that commonly causes viral infection in pets, particularly dogs. Symptoms typically include high temperature, nausea, shock, dehydration and digestive problems such as vomiting and bloody diarrhea. If left untreated parvovirus can be lethal, and small, young pets are most susceptible to its damaging effects.

This tincture is a blend of herbs that will help control and eliminate the Parvo virus. The herbs used in this formula focus on the immune system and the distressed gastrointestinal tissues that are the cause of vomiting and diarrhea. It is used to treat the Canine Parvovirus by eliminating vomiting and diarrhea, stimulating the appetite, and repairing the damage caused by the virus. It can also be used as a preventative measure if you feel that your dog or puppy has been exposed to the Parvovirus. It is most important to use the tincture as soon as possible in this case.

The tincture is soothing and healing to the animal's digestive system and addresses other general and nonspecific gastrointestinal problems too. It is also an immune booster and when administered before symptoms arise, can prevent your pet, even puppies, from contracting parvovirus.

The herbs in this formula are known to help sooth and heal the digestive system, stimulate appetite, calm nerves, alleviate stomach pain, heal tissue, stimulate the immunte system and raise white blood cell levels. It also acts as a mild, gentle sedative and is an antimicrobial which kills viruses and bacteria.

Then dose just the oral drops of the tincture (based on the puppy's weight per the chart above), 4x/day for 2 additional days to help prevent the puppy from relapsing.

Suggested Preventative Use:

Dose orally 4x/day for 5 days to ALL puppies who have been exposed to the parvo virus and are not currently exhibiting any symptoms of parvo to help prevent them from coming down with parvo.
